Tinned copper bowl/tray

I picked this up last weekend. Theres a stamp on the back but Ive been unable to work out what it is. Looks like it might be a boat. There are what appear to be letters in the sails. GB maybe or possibly Persian or Arabic letters.

 

Parsi/Persian. Persian uses a modified Arabic script. There is no ship, that is stylized Parsi script.
I can't read it but it was made in Iran or Afghanistan.

The impressed mark on the back. I can see its head and beak in the centre at the top. In black in the indentation, not the raised bits. Depends how you look at it.

 

That is also Parsi/Persian script, probably the maker's mark.
