Tiny Early French Standard marks?

    Salts. Sorry marks hard to photo and decipher. May 18th-19th Century? Thanks for the help. And is it a known pattern?

    French .950 Minerva mark (.925 after 1972), in use from 1838, its insect countermark on the back is a bigorne - if you can get a clear shot of the maker's mark (in lozenge/diamond), its identification would narrow down dating...

    Thanks Cheryl. I can see the mark with my strongest 14x loupe, but I cannot make much sense of it. Looks like a long image with a split in the middle with one letter on each side. Right initial an L or I maybe T. My camera cannot focus on it. I tried photographing under magnify glass with no success. I will try again in about an hour.... going to PO.

    Took awhile here is the best photos of the maker marks. I rotated the mark to view both ways.
