Tiny painted china bowl.

Hello friends. This little pretty has been sitting with some other things to be id'd and researched. 3 1/4"in diameter, 1 1/8" high. I know the gold mark on the bottom is the decorator's mark, AK 1971 with a pretty leaf over the manufacturer's mark. What I see is AR *** made in Finland 10-1. I'm very impressed with the decoration, the dark details are very fine, the enamel dots are really tiny and almost perfectly graduated. I'd like to know who and when(ish) if at all possible plus key words to find similar pieces.

Arabia Finland blank, export mark used 1949-64.
