TODAY'S THRIFT STORE FIND; A PAINTING & A POSTER - HELP w/SIGNATURE

I found these today but I can't make out the signatures on either one (I also found another cool poster but the signature I could make out - Mr Brainwash (seriously!) )
Can anyone tell who either artist's name is?

I think the middle one might say Neil Hawk.

I think he did more than one with Charlie Chaplin. Journeys is not Charlie Chaplin pink.

Here it is described as a lithograph. On offer for $1,250. Title appears to be 'Charlie Chaplin' sans pink.

I accepted $160 for the Mr Brainwash Chaplin poster within 6 hours of putting it on eBay! And I saw the one for $1,200 - but since I only paid $5.95 on same day; I'm not complaining
Got to say though; it is the coolest Charlie Chaplin I've ever seen!
PS - The signature was signed in plate

but....
take Charlie out of the mix....and it reminds me of the taggers that foul our cities with their scrawl on every building, mailbox and truck or train they can find....
