Tole Tin Tea Caddy - Antique? Vintage? Yesterday?

    I think this is at least vintage (according to the former owner, bought at least 25-35 years ago at an antique shop) but I'm wondering if it could be older. 8" tall, base diameter is 4 1/2". Appears to be all hand painted.

    If I were throwing a WAG out there, I'd say 1920s if not a little earlier. The bottom wouldn't be worn like that if it were newer.
