I have been buying all the January but posted none of them, will do at the end of the month.

But I got an urge to share this dragonfly hairpin from Japan—could it be a Japanese Art Nouveau example, dated to early 20th century? It’s crafted from tortoiseshell, both black and blonde, and set with pearls.

It’s a small piece (11cm in length), so more delicate in real life. Either way, it’s a beauty, but better if a genuine Nouveau treasure!
