Featured Touch Me, I'm feeling real lucky!

    Bid on a lot of glass items in a local on line auction because they had 2 of those hollow globe things that you fill with water and slowly water your potted plants. It looked like other good stuff in there, but the photos were not great so I placed a small bid. Well, I won the lot and when I picked it up, inside the box were the following:

    2 - Plant watering thingies
    4 - Waterford Lismore wine goblets (perfect condition)
    1 - Waterford Lismore Spirit Decanter with one of those silver things hanging on the neck (perfect condition)
    2 - Blenko Ashtrays, one green and one red, and
    1 - Signed Orrefors gorgeous crystal bowl

    And it all cost me $8!!!

    I'm so simple, it doesn't take much to make me happy . . .

    Yep, that's what they are. I put one in a pot today and it seems to be working.

    After I wash everything up, I'll post a group shot.

    Here's a photo. It almost didn't fit into my light cube. Left out the 2 aqua globes because they are already doing their job in my pots. I looked the pieces over and except for the ashtrays, they are all visibly marked. So I suspect we have a learning curve here, at least for awhile.

    a correction -- I thought the ashtrays were made by Blenko, but they were made by Fenton. I decided to set the decanter aside and give it to my brother for Christmas this year. He likes barware as much as I do.
