Can someone tell me how to track down an "APP.RD.No"? I'm familiar with English Rd numbers and how to work them out but not an APP number. Tried googling but got nowhere fast. Found "APP.RD.No.65332" on the back of a plastic coin bank but no manufacturers marks to help track it down. Could be Australian and maybe something to do with patents but I'm not sure. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?
    Cheers

I don't see how adding 10 5c. coins can add a dollar to the pile.

If Australian it is no older than February 1966, that`s when Australia went decimal.
