Featured Trio of Geometrically Painted Oval Gourds; Please. What Origin, Age?

~6 1/2", ~6", & ~5 1/2" high, ~6, ~4 1/4, & ~3 1/2 ounces, respectively. The big one, inna middle, rattles like only a solid mass is within; no seed-like sounds, only a 'clunk'...the other 2 sound like mostly seeds, with a much smaller mass in the mix. As there's no evidence of human i ntervention through the rind, I'll risk assuming these gourds were rather carefully dried; perhaps regularly rotated, an' shaken, to free an' then 'condition' the interior material, thus fashioning the audible results.
I've only shown one 'face' of each, as the patterns are circumferentially repetitive. From the simplest, horizontal bands of the three colors they have in common, thru the intermediate introduction of curves, to a conclusive Grecian Key(?) geometry, an' incidentally in that order from largest to smallest. I've included shots of the stem-ends, which are carefully worked into hand-friendly smoothness.
The first impression is of simplicity, tho' recognition of elegance follows quickly. The only work on the blossom ends is with the wavy one, which has what appears to be a large ground "T", (not shown).
