Trying to identify clock - tin enclosure around open frame works, weight driven

    I'm trying to determine the manufacturer on this unusual clock. It has a tin enclosure measuring about 10-3/4 inches high, 11 inches wide, and 5-1/2 inches deep surrounding the works. The face is 9 inches in diameter and is surrounded by (stamped?) metal with an ornate floral design. Any ideas? Thanks ... Dave
