Trying to identify the artist of this print...

    This piece comes from a scrapbook my father put together, ruining the corners with glue without contaminating the image itself. Photo #2 shows the initials WHM cut into the design; #3 shows a handwritten name that appears to me to be Jillian McRae (?) Ready, who I can't find anywhere. Any help on identification appreciated.
