Turkish Etched/Painted Copper Plate

    Correct to assume this is Turkish?
    And is it possible to date this?

    Photo too blurry to tell what the edge border is,the left and right panels are wriggle engraved. Size of the plate might help.

    Based on the looks, I also assumed it would be modern, but I had seen some being sold as vintage, and it wasn't very expensive (and, as I bought it together with the tile and jugs from my other posts, I got a discount on the total price), so I decided to buy it anyway.
