The first item appears to be an amateur attempt at creating a form of design particular to a small region of Switzerland. Do an internet search for Thoune or Thun (either spelling is correct) pottery to see some wonderful examples. I can't help with the second item except to say that it isn't of Italian origin.

there are really two Thun ceramics. the Swiss Thun ceramics include all ceramics that were made by farmers at home and lateron in small manufacturies in the Bernese Oberland (~17th c. onwards); then there's an Italian Thun Keramik factory in Bozen that is producing small angels and other kitschy figures.
on the continent many sellers use the French form Thoune to differ from the Italian stuff.

The second one says Portugal to me. Have seen many similar. Possibly Spain, But I would put my money on Portugal.

    Thanks Walter and the others.
Are those type of handles on the second piece typical for certain region or they can be seen on different places?
I saw today a made in Italy pitcher with one similar handle.
