Two marks on the trembleuse

    Hello! Could you tell me, please, what is it marks (and years) on this trembleuse — "J" and figurine looks like a star. I I have read two big catalogs, searched through Google, but...nothing.
    I think it's a Germany, maybe?

    I tend to associate those ribbon swags with French wares, but I really can't place it. Trembleuses usually have deep-welled saucers that hold the cup.
