Two more pieces I need help with.

The blue plate measures 11" , It was in the same stack as the Qing pottery so i am assuming it might be old and also from Jakarta. The Imari bowl I am not sure of where it came from. It is 8.5" x 1.75" I would call the bird a phoenix or would this be considered a Fenghuang? I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to Asian pieces. I am learning from those that have responded to my other posts. Thank you for any information and terminology that applies to these two pieces.
