Two multi-color stone ring— any suggestion?

    from local estate sale I found two multicolored ring. please check the attached photos and let me know any suggestions

    I have no gemstone knowledge...so I have to ask how, from the pics above, can lab-made alexandrite be differentiated from natural? Thanks!

    Lab grown color change sapphire, I believe. Look at it in a dark place with a UV light. Does it look green & red? Incandescent light, if you can fine one (inside refrigerator?) will make it look hot pink. Sunlight brings out peacock blue.
