Two paintings . . . Need Help Identifying Artists

    Hi Friends,

    Picked these up yesterday.

    The larger painting is a watercolor signed De Boer. A quick search of that last name yielded a Peter De Boer and Andy De Boer but I had no success in finding either of their sigs.

    The smaller (oil?) painting appears to be signed Russo. The initial or initials before the last name are a mystery to me. Not sure where the scene in the painting is from.

    Any help with these would be greatly appreciated.
