Good evening. I’m wondering if any of you can tell me what is the name of this stone, please. It looks like slice of truffle. Thanks AF8D97E2-5F93-4AAE-B5A6-E3F3AFF24509.jpeg

Black and white stones have some wood inserts. Most unusual.

The brown and white ones are bone or tagua nut. Could go either way. The frosted glass beads are probably just that. I agree the first one is magnesite or howlite.

With the better photos, the green and red beads look like petrified coral.

That is a lovely necklace, Branka, could we see the clasp?

The dark beads with the creamy white motifs look like Asian etched agate beads, but they could be imitation. I have seen similar beads as imitations made by Tibetan nuns in exile in India.
Etched agate beads originated in West and South Asia thousands of years ago. An important site where early etched beads were found is the Indus Valley town of Harappa.
Well-known etched beads are Pyu and Pumtek beads. The most famous and most imitated are Tibetan Dzi beads.
If you google Pumtek and Dzi, you will probably similar ones to yours. But bear in mind, many are imitation, some glass, some other materials.
