uknown hallmark on a silver necklace help

    Hi,

    Have this gorgeous necklace with a cubic zirconia tear drop, it has a 925 stamp and another hallmark i can not recognize. Not sure if its a letter or a symbol? Any help would be appreciated! Also would love to know what year it is, if you think it belongs to a specific decade?

    It looks like a lady's profile. No idea who used that, other than some anonymous Chinese factory. The design is too new for me to be able to pin it down - 1990s or later.
