Unidentified painting from grandmother

Hello all! I recently moved to a new apartment and found some framed magazine clippings that my grandmother gave me before she passed. They seem to be from an article on American artists. I’ve identified one as “The Beeches” by Asher Brown Durand, but this one I can’t seem to find. There were two works by Durand featured in this article, so it’s very possible that this is also Durand’s work. They’re both very faded at this point, but hopefully someone recognizes or can hunt down the name, year, and artist. I’ve included some photos of the clipping in question. Thank you!

In the future, you can right click on the image and click "Search Google for the Image." It took me all of two seconds to find it that way.
