    'Lever Butter Worker Table'-very cool-least that's what Googlicious says.

    After churning cream into butter, butter makers would transfer the butter to a butter worker (your table is one type). Rolling the pin /lever over the butter multiple times would squeeze the excess buttermilk from the butter.

    After butter is churned, butter makers would transfer the butter to a butter worker. Rolling the pin over the butter several times would squeeze the excess buttermilk from the churned product.
