    most probably 1926 to 1940 for soldiers of the train (special troup for equipment transports by horse and mule). the collar was changed from this stiff model called Vatermörder (choker) to the softer one lateron.
    the crozier head looking to the left shows that the uniform was given out in the canton of Basel-Stadt.
