unknown hand tool

    Does anyone know what this is for. I've searched along the lines of router and scraper etc and hasn't come up with anything. Strange thing with adjustable blades pointing in opposite directions. $_57 (6).jpg $_57 (8).jpg $_57 (7).jpg
