Unknown hang tag?

    Bought at a thrift store but looks quality and new to me. Someone has gone to a lot of work on both sides of hang tag. Ball is glass I believe. I can't get out of bed to get it due to surgery so am amusing myself on the laptop. I can get more info later if someone doesn't recognize it. Thank you.

    I've never seen a dress form hang tag before. If you feel bored, google Madewell jewelry. Or to get really lost, modern carved bakelite. THat'll keep you occupied for a while. :hungry::hungry::hungry:
