unknown knife/blade metal detector find

    Looks to be a throwing knife...
    May or may not have had grips...
    Wait for others more aware of such things than I though. :)

    I've no idea. There are 'knife' people here. :)

    Are there any marks whatsoever?
    If so take good photos. :)

    thanks, my other one which i found metal detecting however does have marks it says 1573 and W ASHCROFT written on it I've posted that un the antique discussion forum

    All you can do is sweep them off and put something else. Just state; 'Deleted, duplicate.' Or something like that.
    I usually just use a :) if appropriate.

    Your photos are fuzzy, I can't tell what it is. Did you check to see if a magnet attracts it? It looks like steel to me.
