Unknown mark on porcelain bowl

This is on the bottom of a fine quality porcelain bowl, 9 1/4" across 3 1/2" deep, white body, blue flowers and swags with some gold highlights. Inside bottom of bowl is a monogram , IR or JR.
Bowl "rings like a bell" when struck. Any info greatly appreciated.

 

I recognize it but don't know where from. Please post photos of the whole item. And remember to upload as full size images =]

This is the mark on the bottom. I'm not sure which way is up !! Both ways shown in one scan.

 

Looks rather like Spode's Gloucester.
With embellishments...

 

I think it's a Carl Thieme mark. Or possibly a fake Carl Thieme mark.

I think the gold monogram is meant to be "reminiscent" of the Augustus Rex monogram.
