Hi there I was given this spoon by my late Nana, I known it is Thomas Bradbury and Sons of Sheffield in 1912 but I'm not sure what the marks to the left are or stand for, 20160825_181358-01-1600x900.jpeg can anyone give me any advice?

It is a registered design mark, first time I have seen one on flatware

Just search for Victorian registered design mark.

Waow thanks, you have all outdone my previous attempts as I had no clue, I think it is too worn though to make out, can anyone else decipher anything from it? Thank you everyone for your time and effort!
Does this make it rarer if it is the first time you seen it on flatware afantiques?

The odd thing is that they were still using long after it was discontinued. I suppose it was part of the design of the flatware and no one bothered to file it off the stamp. I don't think it would much if any value.

My thought also. The idea of it being part of the design certainly makes sense. The OP's date of 1912 is correct and the use of a diamond registry was stopped on 1883. I tried editing the diamond in hopes of making out the year code with very little success. I think this is the diamond used from 1842 to 1867 because there is a letter E on the left side. If it was a diamond registry for 1868 to 1883, there would be a number on the left. I can not make out the letter near the top that would be for the year. The "I" in the circle at the top is for the class of the object, silver.

If we could see the whole spoon, someone might be able to recognize the pattern.
