Unknown watercolors

Hi all,

Found these at a thrift shop recently scrolled up with some prints from the 70s.

I'm hoping someone one here may recognize the scenes and possible the sig.

Also, wondering if you art connoisseurs think they're worth framing and/or reselling or best for garage sale or flea market bin.

Looks like it could be Notre Dame in Paris.

These are the types of paintings that are souvenirs and it's often difficult to identify the artist. Don't think they'd have much value but they're attractive.
