Featured Unmarked Rhinestone Brooch - Who is the maker?

    We have this gorgeous rhinestone brooch. The 2 biggest stones look and change color like Alexandrite. It's not marked on the back. We're hoping someone in here will know who the maker is.
    3 1/2" long by 1 3/4" wide by 3/4" thick.

    It's a Delizza and Elster wanna-be, but odds on it was made in Austria or some random Rhode Island factory. D&E would use those open back navettes, but not an open-backed foiled stone.
