Unusual Dala Horse?

I recently purchased this 9" tall red wooden horse which I think is a Dala Horse made in Sweden although it has a medallion or plaque on it on one side that says "Land Of The Czars" "2014" which seems a little unusual to me.

Perhaps it's some type of Promotional or Advertising Dala Horse. There was a sticker on the bottom that had been taken off and only a little amount of it remains so it's hard to identify where it's from.

Does anyone know anything about this wooden horse and where it may have been made or anything else? Thanks in advance for all replies and answers.
