    I'm hoping someone could shed a light on the era/origins of these two unusual vases.

    throwing an idea out there for the peach/pink piece...

    the form, including the lip design and 'base' are consistent with a boudoir headboard reading lamp; just can't seem to find anything in an exact match. and the other examples of this form that I have found are from eBay UK.

    Unusual Frosted Glass Vase (possibly 1950s) | #427585578 (worthpoint.com)

    the form is conducive to the alternate use as a vase.

    for comparison, I did find a somewhat similarly formed lamp with images showing the similar details:
