Unusual jar? Or something else?

    I was wondering if anyone might know what this was used for? I bought it and the lid was on it but I doubt this is a jar. What's weird is that it has a jar like bottom and on top has a small hole. Any idea what this is? Thank you for any info!

    Give some more thoughts. Not pointy enough for a juicer. I have a feeling it was part of some other assembly. Taillight with lid, I doubt it. Hm...:confused:

    Maybe large salt shaker, or for sugar? It could be diffuser. Just guessing
