Featured Unusual necklace!

Hi fountains of knowledge!
Can anybody help me with this gold necklace?
Any ideas of age or origin?
It is stamped 14k and the little crosses in circles are all just slightly different.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

I like it, it has an ethnic look. I wonder if it is from the Philippines.

Im cornfused ! It looks silver ?

 

It could be the photo. Or gold with relatively more silver than copper than usual in the alloy. English low fineness white gold can have a creamy colour as well, but this isn't English.

Something odd about the crosses ,need in focus close up photos.

 

More photos.... Yes, they are odd! Each one looks to be individually cut?!

 

Looks like they were cut with a saw and a burr used to round the inside of the cuts.There is also excess solder over most pieces,not a quality made piece.

 

I see a bit of green on the cross in the last photo. Also I see an un-soldered link in the next to last photo and other un-soldered links in some of the other photos. I would definitely go with having it tested.

 

they are not even crosses.....just squares..cut on 4 sides....and the corner that sits next to the open ring gets buggered by the poor soldering work....

It's good from far.....but far from good.. !
If it's any gold at all.........I'd melt it !
