Featured USA Pottery vase Identification, Shawnee?

    A few are being called McCoy, but I seriously doubt. It is about 71/4" tall
    USA 551

    Looks like Shawnee. Unfortunately I'm not at home to check my books. I will tomorrow if you get a definitive answer. Getting ready start league bowling.

    There's a picture of this in the Shawnee book by Mangus, but it's called a 554, same measurements, so maybe a book error. It doesn't show the bottom.
