Vaguely tribal looking composite or tribal stone?

I’m leaning towards former but if not I want to know what this is? It’s not mine it’s just being sold locally. Looks like air bubbles and stone composite type material but could be some volcanicy type stone I am unfamiliar with. Looks more formed/molded than carved too. However if it were volcanic stone and just time worn it may look like this I suppose. I’ve had Mexican volcanic type stone carvings before that were not entirely different. The face seems pretty generic too. Anyways any thoughts? 14A9FB82-B386-44F6-AFFD-31DBAD846FCB.jpeg 724EAAF6-6351-4713-A772-141FCF742F20.jpeg 7813950D-30A2-439C-ACDF-5CD24201ED97.jpeg 2D55E96F-A5DE-41BC-90A8-0EF8E40675F0.jpeg C0291440-4954-4C31-B257-82E3CEEB68EE.jpeg
