Vaseline Open Salt - New or Old?

Hello everyone - I found this open salt in a box lot. I know absolutely nothing about open salts. It's 1 3/8" across the top and about 3/4" tall. It does glow under black light. I searched google images but couldn't find it. Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks!

New. Heacock & Johnson's 5000 Open Salts, p. 61, under the section "Reproductions and Contemporary Salts," figs 915-921 are 7 pics of these salts in different colors - none of the colors shown are yours. Page 119 description:

"915-921 - Assortment of colors in contemporary salt by Guernsey, 1970’s, 1 3/8" round."

Have included a pic of some of them.
