Featured Venician? Moroccan? Pitcher with glasses

I came upon this set in a California Goodwill. Handblown pitcher with 6 glasses, all have pontiffs, and vary slightly in height and diameter. Really beautiful hand painting and raised gilding. I’m not sure if it’s real gold or not, unsure of where it’s from, what era, or what something like this would be worth. Any input would be appreciated! Thank you!
