I have a horizontally ribbed clear glass. Having trouble identifying it. I thought maybe honey patterned clear glass. The dimensions are about 2 3/4" top diameter x 1 3/4" bottom diameter x 3 1/4" tall. I would like to request help with company and pattern name. Thank you for your assistance in this request. Rob

Those are horizontal, by the way.

I don't think it's Manhattan. The bands aren't deep or sharp enough.

I just noticed the base is different from the Manhattan glasses.

Could this be bee hive pattern for custard? Thank you. Rob

Are there any numbers on the bottom? Could have been a food container.

Yes, there is a 7 on the bottom. I was thinking that myself but did not know which food container I tried sour cream. Rob

It probably had a metal lid. Doesn't look as if there was any place for a paper label.

Definitely not Manhattan. Wonder if this is a jelly jar/juice glass premium.

It has a bit of a yellow cast from where I sit, looks like buttermilk glass.

I would say the pattern is 'Beehive'.
As the pattern was popular and it is so small it could possibly be a drinking glass.
If not and it had a lid you should be able to see or feel it (outside edge of rim) as the edge will have a flatness to it rather than be fully rounded - which would come from putting on and removing the lid.
No idea of maker as lots of companies made them. Hopefully the glass specialists here can point you in the right direction with that one.
