    I agree with glass. I would think Czech, but someone else can confirm or correct that.

    Brass and glass, agreed. I think older, maybe even pre WW2.

    I think Owned is correct. Had a Great Aunt who had several pieces of the same ilk ... just different stones.

    I think so too. Maybe 1920s.
    Similar roses were also used in 1910s Germany.

    Whoops I always forget size! 15 inches sry. Yes these are all items from the attic. I will be going through boxes from that for months

    First thought was Czech, too. But Germany also a possibility. I was thinking 1920s.
