Victorian? Copper Pan with Lion Engraving

Can anyone tell me the age and possible value of this? And what it is? Thank you.
Measures approx 1.5 - 2 inches high.

You'll see loads of these for sale online for between 5$ and 50$ - I think most go for closer to 5.

r there any marks on the bottom...or anywhere else...
the lions holding a bow and arrow are nice....but don't actually mean anything...

 

I don't think I can date it accurately but I imagine it could be as old as Victorian. I dont think the exact age matters a lot on a thing like this. I see similar quality ones to yours sold on Ebay for between 5-20 dollars.

 

It doesn't appear to be Victorian. Nor does it appear to be copper. (Brass-coated more likely.) Given finish and handle, 1970s I would think.
