victorian frame?

    Tiny brass frame that was once gilded. It's been in the family for a long time. Victorian I suppose?

    Looks early 20th century. And not an expensive thing in it's time. Is the photograph of a family member? Do you think it's original to the frame? Have you ever opened it up?

    Yeah we have a whole wall with pictures of our ancestors.
    I did open it once but there is nothing interesting inside. It's really fragile so I'm not even trying to open it again.
    Well, judiing by the fashion I believe 1920s?
    Could it perhaps b one of these that got recycled?

    No

    The first with the lady is 1920s/30s

    The second is for a daguerreotype mid to late 1800s.
