Vintage/Antique Cross With A Bottle Attached

    It's a bottle,it appears to be red inside.Just wondering,if it's suppose to represent Jesus blood.

    does the wire run thru the centre of it......
    & is the top small bead attached to the longer one.....

    maybe you just see a bottle...:confused:

    If you turn it over, can you see an air bubble go from one end to the other?
    Is the outside clear glass and the inside red?

    Rosaries, especially in some German speaking parts, can have small vials with fluid attached. The fluid is usually said to have come from certain relics of saints. But those vials have clear glass, and they don't have a wire running through them.

    I've seen themwith a bead meant to represent the blood of Christ.
