Vintage Big and Little Cornucopia for flowers or fruit

    Hi,
    I have a Big and Little Cornucopia for flowers or fruit The dimensions for the big are Top: 9 ¼” Bottom: 13 ½” Opening: 6 ¼” x 7 ¼” and for the little are Top: 4 3/8” Bottom: 5 ¾” Opening: 3” x 3 1/8”. I was wondering origin of country, how old, type of wood used in making it and worth. Thank you for your assistance in this request. Rob

    Well, my mother bought hers in the early 1960s. Found on many a Thanksgiving table around America at the time.

    Came from the Five & Dime as I remember. Probably a Chinese import.

    Also found in florist's shops. But then a lot of wicker is.
