Vintage Carnelian gold ring

    Can anyone ID this and who made it?
    14K gold men’s carnelian ring.
    14K on one side and M on the other.
    I assume the M is the assay mark.
    I am thinking 50s-60s.

    The "M" could be a maker's mark.

    A tad earlier, I'd think. 1930s-1940s? Let's see what others think.

    Impossible to date without a known maker's mark.Here is a link to a company which has 10,000 wax patterns for casting... http://www.waxpatterns.com/
