I found this at a local thrift store today & bought it when I saw the Marc Chagall name - but also when I saw just roman numbers? on the other corner. (the $10 price didn't hurt either!)
    Is this a print/poster from Chagall's studio?
    Is it old/early?
    Is it valuable?
Any info on it would be appreciated!

It does appear to be a poster (although I don't see the Roman numerals.) Like Picasso's, Dalí's, Miró's, Chagall's work is widely reproduced and their value is decorative only.

In the second photo especially I see the dot pattern of 4-color process. When you see that, pass the piece by :(
