Vintage Faux Tortoise Shell Plastic Necklace (Celluloid? Galalith?)

    Picked up this necklace today. The beads are lightly crazed throughout. I don't think it's Bakelite (tested it, no mark), and it's pretty light weight. Any idea on its age or material?
