Vintage hat - possibly Eastern European Railway

    Can anyone help identify this hat, please? We believe it may be a ceremonial stationmaster's hat from Eastern Europe, possibly early 20th century.

    you got that wrong, sorry. IT IS a parade hat used by coal miners.
    when you can't open the link I gave, that's another story.
