Vintage Japanese/Chinese,Set Water Colors

Another storage find.Set 2 water colors under glass,I can't read the writing.Are these Japanese or Chinese.

Bakersgma I looked for those names found nothing about Takako tsuchiya,looking for some of the works,so who are the two artist,sorry but I'm confused,can you help me out

Raw painting is not the title, it is merely a description of the style of painting used. There is no title given that I can see. As for the second painting, my apologies, but I cannot identify the characters. They are a bit too calligraphic in style for my ability to read it.
