This is a vintage lady and cherry blossom tree silk painting I bought at the thrift store a few years ago. The silk image portion of it measures about 12" wide x 10" in height.

I think this is probably done somewhere around mid-century. Does anyone know if this is Japanese, Chinese, or Korean or from somewhere else? Also, can anyone tell what it says on it and who made it or anything else? Thank you.

It is Chinese, and I think your estimation of the date is right.
