Vintage Picnic Basket Wood bottom Help Id This round label

The basket is approximately 14 X 17 forgot to measure this item twice will get true measument later if need. The label has been varnished over. very nice looking. a papper label is on the bottom. All I can Make out is Shu.

 

All I can tell you is that this is a modern Chinese decorator type item. I am guessing the label is the maker or, perhaps, the importer's. Probably doesn't matter much what it is as to desirability/value.
